Our line of CD Sleeves and CD Envelopes gives you many options for protecting your CD’s and DVD’s. We offer standard paper CD Sleeves with a window. If you need added protection, we also have a CD envelope made from Tyvek® material. If you require a more sturdy sleeve for mailing purposes, we also offer two fiberboard CD sleeves with either foam or Tyvek® lining.

Our most popular CD sleeve is a basic Paper CD Sleeve with a window. This item is made from strong 24 point woven white paper and has a clear plastic window for easy viewing of the CD or DVD inside. Keep in mind that this sleeve has an ungummed flap.

We also offer two CD sleeves, or CD envelopes, that are made with Tyvek® material. The first item is made from Tyvek® instead of paper, and also has a plastic window. The Tyvek® material makes this item extremely strong and tear resistant, while also providing moisture protection. The second CD Envelope is a fiberboard (cardboard) sleeve that is lined with Tyvek®. This is the Cadillac of our CD sleeves. The fiberboard provides excellent resistance to bending, while the Tyvek® adds tear and moisture resistance.

If the Tyvek® lined envelope is our Cadillac, then the Foam Lined Mailer is the Mercedes. This mailer is also made from fiberboard material, but is lined with poly foam for added cushioning.

An extremely popular item for mailing CD’s and DVD’s is our “Postage Saver” mailer. This disk mailer is also made from strong .010” thick fiberboard, but has been designed specifically to meet the Post Office regulations for mailing CD’s. They weigh less than one ounce (.7 oz to be exact), so they save you on postage costs.
