What types of payment do you accept?
Packaging Price accepts the following types of payment:
  • American Express
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Discover Card
  • Packaging Price Account (net 30) subject to credit approval
Net 30 Billing
Do you allow for net 30 payment for online orders?
First time on-line customers are required to pay via credit card.  For select customers, we may offer Net 30 terms at our discretion.  If approved for terms, all orders may be made using "Terms" if that payment option is displayed.

Quick Order
How do I use the Quick Order feature?
Quick Order allows you to add SKU's to your shopping cart by simply entering in the Packaging Price SKU numbers from our online catalog. As you enter SKU and QTY for each row, the product will be added to your shopping cart and rounded to the minimum order quantity amounts.  For example, if we sell a SKU in multiples of 25 and you enter a QTY of 1, the system will round to 25.  If you enter 30 for the same item, the system will round to 50.  For your convenience, we also support uploads to your shopping cart using a CSV file.  Your CSV file must contain a column titled sku (small letters, no CAPS) and a column titled qty (small letters, no CAPS).  If your upload file is excel or any other format, you must first convert it to CSV format to use the upload feature.

PO Numbers
Can I include a purchase order number on my order?
Proceed to checkout once you have finished shopping. At the bottom of the Payment portion of the checkout process, insert your PO number in the PO number field.
Requesting an Invoice
Can I get an invoice when I order online?
There is a menu option for invoices in your Profile section.
Tax Exempt Status
How do I get a Tax Exempt Form?
You may request a tax exempt form by calling 888.236.1729 . Packaging Price must have this form on-file for your company in order to accept tax-exempt purchases.

Returning Merchandise
How do I return merchandise?
Call Packaging Price at 888.236.1729  to receive an authorization number and return slip. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from Packaging Price cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted.

Note: There is a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges.  Janitorial products, Poly Bags and Mailing Tubes have a restocking fee of 20%.

Rush Shipments/Special Instructions
Shipping quotes include a variety of options to meet the needs of our customers including FedEx Next Day and FedEx 2-3 Day for rush orders.  We also offer Customer Pickup.  Our goal is to promptly take care of your needs.

Please allow 2 hours for our fulfillment centers to process and prepare your pickup orders. 
Please Note: For orders that include Poly Bags or Tubing, Customer Pickup will be available on the next business day.
Inside Delivery
Inside Delivery is intended for customers that do not have the equipment to unload shipments. Inside Delivery requests are limited to areas that are directly accessible to the unloading area and no more than 25 feet from entry point of the designated doorway.
Military Bases
Military Bases have restricted access and require special notification to gain entry. Fees apply and vary per carrier.

FedEx Shipping
How do I know if my order will ship FedEx?
FedEx or Local Freight will be used whenever possible.  However, should your order exceed FedEx size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.

Colleges and Universities
Colleges are considered residential for carriers and residential rates apply.

Straight Truck
Locations with limited access will require a straight truck delivery from carriers.  Fees apply and vary by carrier.

Lift Gate
LTL shipments to residential addresses and commercial addresses that do not have a loading dock require a lift gate.  Fees apply and vary by carrier. 

Failure by customer to request required shipping accessories will result in the customer being charged after the order has been placed.  Customer assumes liability for these charges regardless of whether they were or were not aware that these accessories were required at the time of the order being placed.

Claims - Shortage or Damaged Merchandise and Lost in Transit Orders

Items that should be forwarded to Claims:

  • Defective Product
  • Missing or Lost Items
  • Damaged Products/Shipments
  • Return Authorizations

All claims for shortages or damaged material must be made within 48 hours of delivery. No Exceptions. All shipments to be claimed as damaged , must be signed for as Damaged Product. No Exceptions. Customers requesting replacement orders for damaged or lost in transit orders may be responsible for the original order and the replacement order should a claim be denied by the carrier and/or the original shipment is delivered.

Please email with shortages, damages & lost orders. Please provide order number, item(s) shorted/damaged, qty shorted/damaged and pictures of damages.

Requirements to process a claim:

  • Signed POD noting damages, missing items or missing skids
  • If product is missing please indicate which item(s) and the quantity per item that is missing, damaged or defective
  • Please provide pictures that display damages or defective product
  • Please indicate whether or not our black spray paint lines were intact on the skid(s)
  • PLEASE NOTE: signing your POD "Subject to Count or Subject to Inspection"  will not be accepted as a validatated signature of receipt and may result in your claim being denied

Failure to provide the above documentation may result in your claim being denied.
