These 10 x 15 x 2 inch kraft expandable self-seal envelopes are an end-loading mailer built for items that carry some thickness — documents, soft goods, bundled paperwork, or flat merchandise that won't compress to a standard envelope profile. The 2" gusseted expansion keeps the package compact while accommodating contents that a flat mailer cannot.
The peel-strip self-seal closure requires no moisture activation. Removing the protective liner exposes a pressure-sensitive adhesive that bonds firmly on contact. The liner also shields the adhesive from dust during storage, preserving bond integrity across long inventory cycles — useful for fulfillment centers, print distributors, legal and medical offices, and retail shipping departments with variable daily volume.
