Customer Pick-Up

When can I pick up my order?

Atlanta, Georgia warehouse is open Monday - Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm ET.

Elgin, Illinois warehouse is open Monday - Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm CT.

Dallas, Texas warehouse is open Monday - Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm CT.

Hazleton, Pennsylvania warehouse is open Monday - Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm ET.

Please call to confirm your pick up time. Please allow 2 - 3 hours after placement of order for processing. Please do not send a common carrier for Customer Pick-Up orders as the carrier will be denied due to the need to process BOL's.

Customer Pick-Up orders not picked up within 72 hours will be returned to stock. Your order will be cancelled, and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee / 20% restocking fee applies to all janitorial products, mailing tubes and poly bags.

You MUST provide your Packaging Wholesalers Order Number to ourwarehouse at time of pickup to be able to receive your order.

Cancelling Orders

All orders must be cancelled during normal business hours Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm CT in writing on your company letterhead. If the order has been pulled for shipment, it will be subject to a 15% restock fee / 20% restocking fee for all janitorial products, mailing tubes and poly bags. All freight charges incurred with returns will be applied. We are unable to accept or acknowledge order cancellations after normal business hours Monday - Friday 6:00pm - 7:30am.

Returning Merchandise AND Refusing Orders/Shipments

How do I return merchandise?

Email to receive a return authorization number. Please return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from PackagingPrice cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, refunds for these items are not allowed after that time. No Exceptions. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and arrive in unused condition to be accepted. All items returned to PackagingPrice must be clearly marked with the return authorization number provided to you by customer service. Items returned without a return authorization number will be denied for refund. No Exceptions. Please do not write on the items being returned as this will result in denial of refund as the item will become unsellable.


Returning Merchandise with Return Authorization Number - There is a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges / 20% restocking fee for all janitorial products, mailing tubes and poly bags.

Refusing Shipments/Orders without Return Authorization Number - There is a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges to and from shipping destination / 20% restocking fee for all janitorial products, mailing tubes and poly bags.

Note: Open Credits are valid for 90 days from the issuance date. All credits become void after 90 days: no exceptions. All return authorization #'s are valid for 30 days from issuance date.

Claims - Shortage or Damaged Merchandise and Lost in Transit Orders

Items that should be forwarded to Claims:

  • Defective Product
  • Missing or Lost Items
  • Damaged Products/Shipments
  • Return Authorizations

All claims for shortages or damaged material must be made within 48 hours of delivery. No Exceptions. All shipments to be claimed as damaged, must be signed for as Damaged Product. No Exceptions. Customers requesting replacement orders for damaged or lost in transit orders may be responsible for the original order and the replacement order should a claim be denied by the carrier and/or the original shipment is delivered. All customers that choose to ship products from PackagingPrice utilising their own Common Carrier Account are responsible to contact their respective carriers in order to file for damage or shortage claims. PackagingPrice is not responsible for any damage or shortage claims when products are not shipped on a PackagingPrice Carrier Account. Customer specific Carrier Accounts will not provide information for 3rd parties to unauthorised personnel.

Please email with shortages, damages & lost orders. Please provide order # or PO#, item(s) shorted/damaged, qty shorted/damaged and pictures of damages.

Requirements to process a claim:

  • Signed POD noting damages, missing items or missing skids
  • If product is missing please indicate which item(s) and the quantity per item that is missing, damaged or defective
  • Please provide pictures that display damages or defective product
  • Please indicate whether or not our black spray paint lines were intact on the skid(s)
  • PLEASE NOTE: signing your POD "Subject to Count or Subject to Inspection" will not be accepted as a validated signature of receipt and may result in your claim being denied Failure to provide the above documentation may result in your claim being denied.

You can find products by:

Local Delivery for Chicago-Milwaukee, Dallas-Fort Worth, Hazleton, PA (Allentown, Harrisburg, Philadelphia and Scranton) and Atlanta, GA. Shipping Policy

What is your shipping policy?

PackagingPrice ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges.Your order is shipped from the nearest PackagingPrice location via Local Freight, FedEx and UPS Ground or Common Carrier. Appropriate fuel surcharges applied to all orders.

LTL Shipments

All LTL shipments are scheduled to deliver between the hours of 8:00am - 3:00pm per industry standard guidelines.

FedEx or UPS Ground Shipping

How do I know if my order will ship FedEx Ground ?

FedEx and UPS Ground or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed FedEx or UPS Ground size or weight limits, Common Carrier will be selected to speed delivery to you.

Inside Delivery

Inside Delivery is intended for customers that do not have the equipment to unload shipments. Inside Delivery requests are limited to areas that are directly accessible to the unloading area and no more than 25 feet from entry point of the designated doorway. Additional fees may apply.

Military Bases and Prisons

Military Bases and Prisons have restricted access and require special notification to gain entry. Fees apply and vary per carrier.

Pallet Exchange

In order to provide our Distributors with the very best pricing available, we request your participation in an even IN/OUT pallet exchange. A minimal pallet fee may be charged for all orders not receiving equal allocation of pallet usage.
