The 24 inch foot-operated impulse sealer delivers hands-free sealing control through foot-pedal activation, keeping both hands free to position and guide bags during continuous runs. Built for high-volume environments, it produces consistent, repeatable seals across polyethylene, polypropylene, and metallic bag materials up to 24" wide.
This sealer suits fulfillment centers, light manufacturing lines, food packaging operations, and distribution facilities where operator fatigue and seal inconsistency are ongoing concerns. The foot-pedal design is especially effective at packing stations where bag volume is high and both hands must remain on the product.
The unit runs on standard 110-volt power and features a variable timer for precise dwell time adjustment by material type and bag thickness. At 47.9 lbs, it ships as a single unit and is parcel eligible. A service kit including two heating elements and two PTFE glass cloth tape strips is available separately for routine maintenance.
