This corrugated carton is purpose-built to hold two 1-quart paint cans and carries a UN certification of 4G/X8.4/S, qualifying it for regulated liquid hazmat shipments when properly prepared by a qualified shipper in accordance with 49 CFR 178.601B. Construction is 275# single wall kraft corrugated — a heavier-duty rating selected specifically to meet hazmat packaging performance requirements.
Pre-printed mandatory hazmat warning information and "This side up" arrows on two sides reduce additional labeling work at pack stations. These cartons also serve as replacement boxes within foam shipper kit systems, making them useful in paint retail distribution, hardware fulfillment operations, and specialty chemical shipping programs where compliant outer packaging must be stocked separately.
Boxes ship flat for compact, space-efficient storage. Each bundle contains 25 cartons. Shippers are responsible for selecting appropriate inner packaging and completing final closure in full compliance with all applicable hazmat regulations.
