The 10 x 13 x 1 1/2 inch Expandable Ship-Lite® Envelope is a poly-fiber reinforced mailer built for shipments that exceed standard flat envelope capacity. Its white outer surface combines paper with a mesh screen poly fiber network, producing a construction that is significantly stronger than plain paper and resistant to moisture — a meaningful advantage for items moving through multi-leg distribution.

The gusseted sidewall expands to a full 1 1/2" depth, making these envelopes well suited for catalogs, softcover books, bound reports, product samples, and thick document sets. Fulfillment operations, corporate mail rooms, publishing distributors, and direct-to-consumer shippers all rely on this format when contents are too thick for a standard flat mailer but too lightweight for a corrugated box.
