The Expandable Ship-Lite® Envelope is a white poly-mesh reinforced mailer engineered for shipments that exceed standard flat-envelope capacity. A 2" expanding gusset accommodates thicker contents while the poly-fiber construction delivers meaningfully greater tear resistance than plain paper mailers.
These envelopes are well matched to e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, medical supply shipping, and any outbound program handling multi-part kits, soft goods, or thick document sets that would strain a conventional flat mailer. The moisture-resistant shell protects contents during transit without requiring additional overwrap.
The self-seal adhesive strip closes securely without tape or sealing equipment, reducing packing time per piece. Dimensions measure 13 x 10 x 2 inches. Each case contains 100 envelopes and ships via parcel carrier.
