The 10 x 15 x 2 inch Expandable Ship-Lite® Envelope is a poly-mesh reinforced mailer built for shipments that exceed the capacity of a standard flat envelope. Its white paper shell is woven with a polyester mesh screen, making it six times stronger than plain paper envelopes and resistant to moisture — properties that hold up through sorting equipment, conveyor handling, and the demands of regular transit.
The expandable gusset opens to a full 2" of depth, making this format well suited for e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, publishing, manufacturing parts shipment, and B2B document mailers where a flat envelope falls short. The self-seal closure strip eliminates the need for tape, reducing per-unit labor and keeping pack lines moving.
