These 12 1/2 x 12 1/2 x 6 inch multi-depth corrugated boxes are manufactured from ECT-32 kraft corrugated board and feature pre-scored side panels that allow box height to be reduced in increments. Note that adjusting depth requires scoring and cutting the corners with a blade — a carton sizer is not needed, but a cutting tool is. One SKU replaces multiple fixed-depth boxes, reducing the number of carton sizes a warehouse needs to stock.
Multi-depth construction is well suited for e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, manufacturing, and general outbound shipping where order contents vary in height. Right-sizing each shipment to its contents reduces dimensional weight charges, which can lower per-package costs meaningfully at volume. The square 12 1/2" footprint handles books, apparel, kitted parts, and similarly proportioned goods without excess void fill.
