This 12 inch tabletop impulse sealer with cutter is a bench-top heat-sealing unit built for continuous poly packaging operations. The integrated slide cutter trims excess tubing immediately after sealing, combining two steps into one and reducing handling time at the packaging station. The impulse heating mechanism activates only during the sealing cycle, extending element life compared to constant-heat designs.
Compatible with polyethylene and polypropylene bags and lay-flat tubing, this sealer is well suited to warehousing, light manufacturing, fulfillment, and retail packaging environments where consistent, clean seals on flexible poly film are a daily requirement.
