This replacement service kit is engineered exclusively for the 12" Wide Seal Impulse Sealer, containing the consumable components most commonly replaced during routine maintenance: two heating elements, one PTFE tape strip, and one PTFE cover. Having these parts on hand keeps the sealer operational without waiting on restocking delays.
Impulse sealers used in warehouse poly bag lines, fulfillment operations, and light manufacturing environments cycle through heating elements faster than any other component. Degraded elements produce inconsistent or incomplete seals, which can compromise packaged goods and slow throughput. Replacing elements alongside fresh PTFE components restores consistent seal quality and protects the sealer's long-term service life.
