These 12 x 12 inch flat poly bags are made from 100% virgin polyethylene film at a 6 mil thickness, placing them firmly in the extra heavy-duty category. The 6 mil gauge delivers substantially greater puncture and tear resistance than standard 2 or 4 mil options, making this bag well-suited for heavier, irregularly shaped, or abrasive contents that would compromise lighter film.
