The Expandable Ship-Lite® Envelope is a poly-mesh reinforced mailer built for shipments that demand more durability than a standard paper envelope. White kraft paper is bonded with an internal polyester mesh screen, producing a construction reported to be six times stronger than plain paper envelopes. The 2" gusset expansion allows the envelope to accommodate items with moderate thickness while maintaining a clean profile and a secure seal.
The self-seal adhesive strip closes without heat or external tape, supporting consistent throughput in high-volume packing lines. The moisture-resistant construction guards contents against typical handling and transit conditions.
