These self-seal expandable Tyvek® envelopes measure 12 x 16 x 2 inch and are constructed from 18 lb olefin material — the same spunbonded polyolefin used in DuPont Tyvek® products. That construction delivers puncture, tear, and moisture resistance that standard paper envelopes cannot match, while the peel-and-strip adhesive closure eliminates the need for tape or sealing equipment.

The 2" gusset accommodates documents, catalogs, soft goods, product samples, and other moderately thick contents without compromising envelope-style handling.
