These 16 x 20 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 22-point (.022 inch) caliper from recycled kraft fiberboard, delivering consistent rigidity across the full sheet surface. That uniform stiffness makes them reliable for layer separation within corrugated cases, envelope and mailer stiffening, and protective top caps that guard against box cutter damage during inbound receiving.
