These 18 x 18 x 12 inch multi-depth corrugated boxes are built from ECT-32 kraft single wall corrugated board and feature pre-scored sidewalls that allow packers to fold down to a shorter depth in increments. Adjusting the height requires only a cutting tool at the corners — no carton sizer is needed — producing a right-sized carton on demand from a single box stock.
Multi-depth boxes are well suited to e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, warehouse shipping, and light manufacturing operations where outbound shipment dimensions vary from order to order. Maintaining one multi-depth SKU in place of two or three fixed-depth boxes consolidates bin space and reduces the number of carton sizes staff must manage.
