These 2 1/2 inch inside diameter kraft mailing tubes feature 3-ply spiral wound construction with a .060" wall thickness, delivering consistent resistance to crushing and bending forces encountered during transit. White snap-on plastic end caps are included with every tube, locking into place without adhesive and holding securely through parcel handling. Listed dimensions reflect usable interior space — actual tube length is slightly longer to accommodate end cap inset.
Designed for rolled documents, prints, blueprints, architectural drawings, and posters, these tubes are well suited to fulfillment centers, print shops, architectural firms, and retail distribution operations. The 2 1/2" interior diameter accommodates standard poster and document roll sizes without excessive void space that could allow shifting in transit.
Tubes are reusable and recyclable, supporting material efficiency in high-volume shipping environments. Replacement 2 1/2" end caps are available separately for operations that reuse tubes across multiple shipments. Each case contains 34 tubes and ships via parcel carrier.
