Tape Logic #900 Hot Melt Tape is a 2.5 mil polypropylene-backed carton sealing tape engineered for high-volume operations where consistent, quiet unwind and strong adhesion are critical. The hot melt adhesive system delivers extra elongation, allowing the tape to conform to over-stuffed or irregular carton surfaces where standard acrylic tapes may lose bond.
This tape is well matched to warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and retail distribution environments. Its adhesive bonds reliably to film-based substrates and performs in ambient and cooler conditions, making it a practical choice for operations that move product through temperature-variable shipping and storage stages.
The polypropylene film backing resists puncture and tearing during sealing. Application temperature is rated 32°F to 104°F, with a service range of 10°F to 120°F. Each case contains 6 rolls and is compatible with standard handheld and tabletop tape dispensers.
