These 2 x 3 inch poly bags on a roll are manufactured from 1.54 mil 100% virgin polyethylene film meeting FDA and USDA approval standards, delivering consistent puncture resistance and clarity for small-part and light-duty product packaging.

The pre-opened end speeds bag loading in manual and automated lines, while the pre-sealed opposite end eliminates a sealing step for basic containment. Individual bags tear off cleanly via perforations between each unit. Typical applications include parts kitting, retail bagging, pharmaceutical sample containment, and component sorting in electronics assembly and distribution environments.

The roll core converts from 1" to 3", ensuring compatibility with standard automatic packaging equipment. Bags can be closed with twist ties, bag tape, or impulse sealers. Each roll contains 5,000 bags and is eligible to ship via parcel carrier.
