This telescoping outer box is the sliding outer component of a two-piece corrugated shipping system, engineered for long, narrow, or awkwardly dimensioned items that exceed the capacity of standard RSC cartons. It slides over the matching inner box to create a single adjustable-length unit, eliminating the need for excess void fill when product lengths vary.

The adjustable design makes this system well suited for industries handling fishing rods, curtain rods, architectural molding, fluorescent tube lighting, rolled textiles, and similar elongated goods. The outer box is constructed from ECT-32 single wall kraft corrugated with a full overlap (FOL) bottom closure, which distributes load across the full base panel to reduce the risk of bottom failure during transit. Each bundle contains 15 outer boxes at approximately 1.555 lbs. The matching inner box (T6672INNER) is sold separately and is required to complete the set.
