The 6 inch Crimper Hand Sealer is a compact, electrically powered tool that creates crimped seals on polypropylene, cellophane, and metallized bags up to 6" wide. Running at 25 watts on standard 110-volt power, it deploys at any workstation without special electrical requirements.
The crimped seal method delivers secure closures suited to fulfillment stations, retail back-of-house operations, production lines, and light manufacturing environments. The on/off safety switch and adjustable temperature control let operators fine-tune the seal for varying bag materials and thicknesses, reducing the risk of mis-seals or material damage during high-repetition use.
At 1.92 lbs, the unit is light enough for sustained handheld use throughout a full shift. Sold individually, it can be added one unit at a time as throughput demands increase, making it practical to equip additional packing stations incrementally.
