This telescoping inner box measures 6 x 6 x 48 inches interior and is constructed from ECT-32 kraft corrugated with a full overlap (FOL) bottom. The FOL base distributes load across the entire footprint, reinforcing the bottom panel against the stress of tall, heavy, or dense elongated contents.
The two-piece telescoping format is purpose-built for operations shipping products with variable or inconsistent lengths — musical instruments, lighting fixtures, rods, rails, pipes, and similar elongated goods. The outer box slides over this inner to achieve an adjustable overall length, eliminating the need to stock multiple fixed-length carton sizes for a single product line.
Constructed from ECT-32 single wall corrugated, each inner box weighs approximately 1.006 lbs. The matching outer box (T6648OUTER) is sold separately. Bundles contain 25 inner boxes and ship via parcel carrier.
