Stayflats Plus® Mailers in 7 x 9 inches are constructed from .028 kraft chipboard that resists bending and crushing during transit without requiring additional stiffeners. The rigid board construction holds its shape under typical handling pressure, keeping flat contents protected from edge to edge.
These mailers are well suited for e-commerce sellers, print shops, photographers, and fulfillment operations shipping documents, photos, art prints, greeting cards, and other flat media. The self-adhesive peel-and-seal flap closes securely without moisture activation, and the pull-tab tear strip gives recipients a clean, easy-open experience that protects contents during unpacking.
The lightweight chipboard construction helps keep per-unit postage costs controlled at volume. Each case contains 100 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
