White Stayflats Lite® Mailers in 9 1/2 x 6 inches deliver a rigid, stay-flat envelope solution built from 100% recycled paperboard. The lightweight Stayflats Lite® construction is engineered to minimize dimensional weight on outbound shipments while keeping contents flat and protected in transit — without relying on corrugate or bubble padding.
The side-loading configuration makes these mailers well suited for fulfillment centers, print distributors, e-commerce operations, and direct mail campaigns handling documents, photos, art prints, certificates, and folded soft goods. The format supports efficient pack-out at volume without extra handling steps.
A pressure-sensitive self-seal strip closes the mailer without tape or sealing equipment. An integrated tear-open strip lets recipients access contents cleanly without tools. The fully recyclable construction supports sustainability compliance programs. Each case contains 200 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
