These 9 x 12 inch flat poly bags are manufactured from 6 mil pink anti-static polyethylene film. The pink anti-static formulation dissipates electrostatic charge at the surface rather than generating it, making these bags a standard specification in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, and ESD-sensitive component packaging.
The 6 mil gauge provides substantially greater puncture resistance than 2 or 4 mil alternatives, supporting heavier or sharper-edged contents without compromising bag integrity. The open-end flat design accepts twist ties, bag tape, or impulse sealers, giving production and fulfillment teams flexibility in closure method.
Each case contains 1,000 bags. The interior opening accommodates flat components, folded assemblies, and bagged subassemblies common in electronics distribution, contract manufacturing, and warehouse kitting operations. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
