These 9 x 12 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 30 point (.030 inch) thickness from recycled kraft paperboard, delivering firm, flat rigidity that resists flex and deformation under load. At this thickness, they offer substantially more resistance than lightweight chipboard options, making them reliable where thinner sheets would buckle or compress.
Common applications include interleaving layers inside corrugated cartons, envelope stiffeners for poly and paper mailers, surface protectors during fulfillment pack-out, and box-top inserts that shield contents from box cutter damage at receiving docks.
