The 9 x 6 inch White Side Loading Stayflats Lite® Mailer is a rigid chipboard envelope designed to keep flat contents protected against bending and folding in transit. The side-loading opening makes insertion and retrieval faster than top-load styles, and no additional stiffeners or padding are needed to maintain shape.
These mailers suit e-commerce sellers shipping photos, prints, documents, and certificates, as well as retail distribution centers, direct mail operations, and professional studios sending flat artwork or proofs. The white exterior also accepts printing and labeling cleanly, supporting branded unboxing experiences.
Each mailer seals with a peel-and-seal self-adhesive flap and opens cleanly via a pull-tab tear strip on the receiving end. The chipboard construction keeps unit weight low, helping manage postage costs at volume. Cases contain 200 mailers and ship via parcel carrier.
