Returns & Claims Policy

RETURNS

If you need to return an order, we make the process straightforward.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date. All items must be returned in undamaged, resellable condition.

If the return is not due to an error on our part:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@packagingprice.com with your order details and reason for return
  2. Our team will provide an RMA number (required for processing)
  3. Ship the items back and email us the tracking number for the return shipment

If Packaging Price is at fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. If items are not in resellable condition, the refund may be adjusted.

CLAIMS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive, please contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Requirements to Open a Claim

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Signed Proof of Delivery (POD) noting damages or missing items
  • Photos of the product and/or damage
  • Any additional documentation to support your claim

Claim Resolution

  • Orders under $300
    Replacements will be issued as quickly as possible.
  • Orders over $300
    A claim will be opened and reviewed by our team. Please allow 2–3 business days for resolution.

How to Start a Claim

  1. Email sales@packagingprice.com with details of the issue
  2. Attach all required documentation (photos, POD, etc.)

Important Note: Signing your POD as “Subject to Count” or “Subject to Inspection” will not be accepted as a validated signature of receipt and may result in your claim being denied. Provide the above documentation to ensure your claim is not rejected.
